We are pleased to inform you that the format of PrepCom2 is under
discussion:
It is still provisional and more information will be provided when this
format is concretized.

-	Day 1 (17th February) - Plenary Session
-	Days 2 -5 (18th - 21st February) Multistakeholder Roundtables
-	Second week (24th - 28th February) Plenary Session with sub-committee
meetings

Please Note:  Day one and the second week will be held at the CICG (Centre
internationale des conferences de Gen�ve)  premises, first week
(except day one)
will be held at the ILO (International Labour Organisation)).
This will restrict the availability of room space.

---Consultation forum---

The consultation forum which opened after the informal meeting of the 19th
September is now closed.  The final synthesis of the contributions is already
posted on our website at http://www.geneva2003.org

---Accreditation---

The deadline for accreditation requests came into effect on the 15th
December.  No more requests will be taken.  For those who have already
requested accreditation but have not sent in all required
documentation, the deadline has been extended to the 5th January.  Please
ensure that all information is complete in the accreditation form online and
that you have given a summary of your organization as that actual text will
be submitted to the governments for approval.


---Establishment of a facilitation fund---

The Executive Secretariat has established a facilitation fund
to provide fellowships for participation at the PrepCom2 and the Summit.  For
those interested please consult http://www.geneva2003.org for the request
form and criteria guidelines as from the 8th January.

La date limite pour les demandes d'accr�ditations est devenue
effective le 15 d�cembre. Les nouvelles demandes ne seront pas prises
en consid�ration. Pour celles et ceux qui ont d�j�
demand� une accr�ditation mais n'ont pas encore envoy�
les documents requis, la date limite a �t� repouss�e au
5 janvier. Veuillez vous assurer que toutes vos informations ont
�t� compl�t�es dans le formulaire
d'accr�ditation en ligne et que vous y avez effectu� un
r�sum� de votre organisation puisque ce texte sera soumis aux
gouvernements pour approbation.

---Etablissement d'un fonds de facilitation---

Le Secr�tariat ex�cutif a �tabli un fonds de
facilitation pour octroyer des bourses de participation pour PrepCom2 et pour
